Pablo Miguel Peña Caraballo

Pablo Miguel Peña Caraballo is a distinguished Dominican legal professional specialized in real estate and registry law, with a solid career of over 15 years in the country's land registry system.

He served as National Director of the Land Registry (2018–2019), the highest technical position in the Dominican registry system. Previously, he was Title Registrar of Samaná (2007) and Higüey (2007–2018), where he accumulated over a decade of experience resolving the most complex cases of titling, surveys, and boundaries.

He actively participated in the modernization of the Dominican registry system as part of the Land Jurisdiction Modernization Program (PMJT, 2005–2007).
